Other Ways to Help

Legal Services
Supporting Survivors During & After COVID 19

The schedules of our legal team were already packed when shelter at home orders were issued and courts temporarily closed. The reality is that 85% of the victims WEAVE serves in other programs have a legal barrier to safety.

The calls to our Legal Line started immediately. How do I get a restraining order? What did the closures mean for upcoming hearings? How do handle custody exchanges with a violent ex-partner?

Host an Event

Hosting a fundraising event can be a creative and fun way to partner with WEAVE to raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault and give to a great cause. There are a variety of events that you can plan and host, the sky is the limit.

Used Clothing & Housewares

All donations of used clothing and housewares are accepted at WEAVEWorks. WEAVE clients receive vouchers enabling them to shop for the specific sizes and items they need. WEAVE can NOT accept donations of used clothing or housewares at its business offices.

For questions about clothing donations, contact WEAVEWorks at 916.643.4606.
