Thank you for your interest in renting space at TRUE!
Step 1. Submit your request via the TRUE Rental Inquiry
Step 2. Review & Availability Check
Our Operations Team will review your inquiry and determine if the TRUE space is available on your preferred date. The Operations Manager will follow up with you if they have additional questions.
Step 3. Event Discussion & Next Steps
If your requested date is available, we will contact you to review event details, setup needs, and what’s included in the rental. You’ll receive information about pricing, requirements, and the rental process.
If your requested date is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you.
Step 4. Contract & Insurance
After reviewing information and agreeing to move forward, we will send you a rental contract and information on providing payment and any required insurance.
Step 5. Payment
Payment is handled by our Front Office staff. Once payment is received, your reservation is confirmed.
Step 6. Final Confirmation & Space Preparation
After payment is complete, your event will be booked on the TRUE calendar. Our Operations team will prepare the space.
Step 7. Day of Event
When you arrive, the space will be ready at the agreed‑upon start time. A team member from Operations will meet you.
