WEAVE would like to extend a sincere thanks to The East Portal Bocce Club for hosting the Hot Shots for Tots Toy Drive & Bocce Tournament!  On July 25th, the EPBC members and community came together for a tournament and donation drive that raised over $1,000 in toys and monetary donations to benefit children in WEAVE’s programs. This was the second year in a row EPBC has made WEAVE the beneficiary of the event and we are extremely grateful. Since the 1970s, the East Portal Bocce Club has been a fixture of East Sacramento’s Little Italy neighborhood, bringing people together through the game of bocce. We are thankful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make a lasting difference for the families we serve.
