Description: WEAVE’s thrift store has an immediate full time position available for an experienced, reliable, motivated, hands on Thrift Store Sales Lead. This person will be responsible for working along with staff, and Store Supervisor distributing daily tasks and overseeing the retail operations at the store. Some duties include but are not limited to: sorting, pricing, steaming, review inventory/quality control, and design attractive display of donated merchandise, operate cash register, and overall store maintenance operations. This position will require constant interactions with donors, customers, and other WEAVE office locations. Staff meetings and some intercity- travel may be required.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of retail experience, with some leadership experience, along with ability to relate to staff, clients, donors, and customers in a professional, friendly and non-judgmental manner. High school diploma or GED preferred. Excellent customer service skills required!
