Do you remember getting ready for your prom? Do you remember finding the perfect dress? Unfortunately, many girls cannot afford a dress for prom. As a result, they stay home - missing out on a cherished memory.

Cinderella's Closet provides free dresses, shoes and accessories (based on availability) to high school girls who otherwise might not be able to afford to go to prom.

Cinderella's Closet Beautified
Free dresses for high school juniors and seniors

Mothers and daughters of the National Charity League Sacramento Chapter generously donated two days to reorganizing WEAVE's Cinderella's Closet room!

Our Cinderella's Closet program provides free dresses to high school juniors and seniors who otherwise might not be able to afford to go to prom. Check out the outcome of their hard work and dedication!

WEAVE's Safehouse selected for funding

The Mary Kay Foundation, in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, has selected WEAVE’s Safehouse as one of four locations throughout the nation for a fully funded Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom. The classroom will heal children who have been traumatized by domestic violence. Children who call the Safehouse home each year will begin to heal by connecting to nature through climbing, building, a greenhouse, and lush plantings.

Sutter Medical Foundation employees will come together to support children who receive WEAVE's services. Items from WEAVE's Children's Wish List including toys, diapers and backpacks will be collected at the foundation's Annual 2010 Employee Picnic on Saturday, September 11th at Golfland Sunsplash Roseville. Thank you to Sutter Medical Foundation for its continued support of WEAVE!
