Support and Information Line Advocate
Part Time 20 hours/week @ $12/hour.

Description: We have an immediate need for a Part-time Support and Information Line Advocate. This person will be responsible for answering the Support and Information Line from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday through Friday; attending staff meetings, and cover the phone lines during other meeting times. The main responsibility of the Support and Information Line Advocate is to assist the callers, assess callers’ need, through phone using active listening skills, crisis intervention tools, establishing rapport and assessing suicidal risks.
