Live. Love. Fashion with Purpose.  TRUE, a new retail clothing exchange benefitting WEAVE is now accepting applications for a Store Lead. TRUE is looking for happy humans that are dependable, energetic, quick learners with knowledge of fabrics, styles, and current fashion trends.

TRUE is a challenging, fulfilling and ever changing fast paced retail environment that offers growth opportunities to those that display a love of social enterprise and recycled clothing.  Currently, TRUE is hiring part-time retail sales associates in preparation for our October store opening.  Variable schedules, must be available evenings and weekends, as needed.

Description: TRUE has several openings for part-time Retail Sales Associates.  Duties include accepting and sorting donations, pricing, displaying merchandise, retail sales, and providing superior customer service to clients, donors, and retail customers. 

Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a retail environment strongly preferred. Must be self-motivated but also a team player. Reliability and a positive, professional demeanor is essential.  Cash handling skills, phone skills, time management skills and basic computer skills required.  Embracing cultural diversity is essential, bilingual is a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred.  Employment contingent on providing proof of valid CA driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and successful completion of a criminal background check.
