Description: TRUE is seeking two part-time Buyers. These individuals will be responsible for purchasing previously owned clothing and accessories for resale.  Analyze customer buying patterns and identify emerging trends; review performance indicators including sales and discount levels; maintain optimum levels of inventory; ensure an assortment of quality recycled merchandise is available on sales floor; appropriately price donations and items purchased for resale; foster relationships with donors, sellers, and customers; coordinate with other staff and volunteers to maintain inventory flow and effective merchandising; work with Store Manager and the Director of Retail Operations to regularly reach project goals to ensure effective retail operations.  Variable schedule and availability to work some weekends required.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail experience, a strong knowledge of brands and an awareness of emerging fashion trends.   Superior customer service skills and an ability to analyze customer needs and demands are essential.  High school diploma or GED required.  Employment contingent on providing proof of valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, and successful completion of a criminal background check.
